Admitted to the Patent Bar at the US-PTO, and authorized to practice Patent Law and represent innovators before the US-PTO. As such, I assist individuals, groups, organizations, etc., secure U.S. and International property rights (patents) for their innovations. With regards to International rights, I assist in securing patents in any one or more foreign countries signatory to the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT).

My experience in Patent Law includes employment as a Patent Agent at a large general practice law firms and as a Science Advisor/technical Specialist at a boutique intellectual property law firms. My patent prosecution experience extends into my engineering career in that, as a patentee, I provided significant prosecution assistance to US attorneys and foreign associates for each of my patents.

Additionally, I have over 30-years of extensive global engineering experience in applied research and development pertaining to product conceptualization, analysis, development, enhancement, and testing. This solid background and technical expertise includes: systems and controls for heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC); thermal comfort; energy conservation; alternate energy sources including active and passive solar energy, and thermal storage; earth-sheltered structures; heat transfer; fluid dynamics; dynamic modeling, simulation, and emulation; computational fluid dynamics (CFD); numerical analysis, etc.
